So there it is. So for you guys if you want to do the same just remember that once you cancel your account on MySpace, everything will be permanently removed including your network of friends.

The mobile phone accessories for Apple’s iphone has become a very competitive market to enter. Its now very hard to get into the buisness, and the people who jumped into manufacturing related accessories are making a heck lot of money. T-Mobile launched HTC HD2 smart phone in April 2010. The launch was successful in the sense that it attracted customers towards a new breed of smart phone which is pretty similar to iPhone. Customers were excited to finally see a smart phone with a screen and features so similar to the famed iPhone. Yet, T-Mobile succeeded in disappointing again; coz the customers started realizing the multiple software issues with the newly launched phone.

It seems that the testing of the equipment or the software updates were not properly checked before launching the HTC HD2. Whatever might be the reason, it was clear that T-Mobile let down their customers once again, and maybe for good this time. T-Mobile is known as a follower in the wireless market. It can’t afford to do this sort of stuff, especially since it only offers wireless services to its customers, unlike its counterparts like Verizon or ATT, which carry data, voice, wireless and cable services. Another blunder was not having the HTC HD2 available in stock, inventory selection and control is another area which T-Mobile lags when compared with other carriers. Customers were frustrated of not getting hold of the device. They did offer some accessories for htc for free, but that did not hide the dissatisfaction of the customers. The HTC cell phones accessories on offer included Bluetooth headsets, car chargers and data transfer kits. They even had some accessories for blackberry compatible with HTC phones on offer, which was really not very smart.

Recently T-Mobile came out with the updated software to resolve the issues related to the phone. Most customers still have to go through a lot to resolve software issues, and to make the issue worst, T-Mobile customer service representative are not exactly the most capable of guiding the customers in a right direction. This resulted in lots of return and cancellation of the contracts or upgrades. The solution was actually pretty simple, which was just to ask customers to download active sync 4.5 from Microsoft website and software upgrade version from T-Mobile’s website. But T-Mobile once again succeeded in tarnishing its reputation.
